2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
You are not accessing the Platform from any country, region, or jurisdiction where the content is illegal.
3. Adult Content Warning
This website has the potential to produce adult content. If you are offended by such material or if it is illegal to view such material in your jurisdiction, you must leave now.
4. Account Registration

5. Virtual Gifts
5.1 Eligibility

5.2 Virtual Gifts
Virtual gifts are digital items that can be sent or received on the Platform.
Virtual gifts do not have real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as explicitly permitted.
All virtual gifts are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5.3 Purchases & Payments
Payments for virtual gifts or points are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google). We are not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes handled by these providers.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchases.
All purchases are final. Refunds will only be granted in cases of technical errors verified by the Platform.
5.4 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Any purchases, gifts sent, or actions taken from your account are considered authorized by you.
Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
5.5 User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use virtual gifts for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the gift system.
Harass or threaten other users while sending or receiving gifts.
5.6 Platform Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
We may modify, discontinue, or remove virtual gifts at any time without notice.
We own all intellectual property on the Platform. You do not acquire ownership of any content by sending or receiving gifts.
5.7 Withdrawals
We use a third party to process all withdrawals.
Gogglit’s rate of commission is among the lowest in the industry at 15%, allowing creators to keep more of their earnings.
This rate may be adjusted at any time.
5.8 Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases of virtual points are final.
Clicking send gift confirms a transaction has taken place and can only be reversed due to technical errors confirmed by our engineers on review.
Refunds will only be approved in cases of this or other technical errors confirmed by support team.
Attempting chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension.
5.9 Limitation of Liability
The Platform is not responsible for:
Loss of virtual gifts due to misclicks or buyers regret.
Unauthorized access or transactions.
Third-party payment provider errors.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use virtual gifts.
6. Content Ownership and Licensing
Creators retain ownership of the content they produce. However, by producing content, you grant us permission to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform as necessary to operate and promote it.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display anyone else’s content unless explicitly authorized.
7. Payments
Creators who receive virtual gifts or other earnings through the Platform may be eligible to withdraw those earnings subject to the following conditions:
Creators must maintain a valid account in good standing and comply with these Terms.
Withdrawals may require identity verification, tax documentation, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Gogglit is not responsible for delays, fees, or issues caused by these providers.
Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their earnings.
Gogglit reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel payouts if there is suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, chargebacks, or abuse of the Platform.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and payout schedules may apply and may be modified at any time.
Creators that earn based on viewers need to comply with all terms listed along with:
- money provided by gogglit will be paid is streamer does not make this amount that was outlined in correspondence within the duration of there stream.
- Gogglit commision still applies unless otherwise stated in correspondence.
- Creator will not share the contents of any arrangement or contract that may be in place previous, during or concluding a stream.
- stream must exist for 90 minutes minimum to achieve any compensation from arrangements.
- viewer counts are cumulative in one stream and are not the aggregate of all streams.
- Catfish or accounts that promote themselves as a different person will be ineligible except in cases where the identity is assumed throughout the stream and approved as genuine.
- only organic profiles are counted towards a users viewer count. Ones gogglit deems as being non organic eg same device will withdraw any arrangement payouts.
- no gift trading or point dumping with another user is allowed and all gifts received must be from users that gogglit deems as genuine. Friends, colleagues, acquaintances are allowed, but gifts provided through gogglits free gifts upon registering will not count and be deducted in final gift related total.
- Payment rates per viewer for selected countries will be: US $1USD Canada $1CAD UK 50PENCE China 7CNY India 90INR Australia $1AUD NZ $1 NZD Europe .6 EUR other countries on request.
- any user that does not comply with these terms will have arrangement voided for the current arrangement but remain eligible for future arrangements.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Violate any applicable laws;
Upload or distribute content that depicts or promotes illegal activity, non-consensual acts, minors (under 18), or bestiality;
Harass, stalk, or threaten other users;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;
Attempt to scrape, hack, or otherwise disrupt the Platform;
Use bots or automated tools to access or interact with the site;
Not participate in any behaviour that may be deemed even slightly aggressive to animals.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and legal action.
9. Copyright
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, images, live streams, recordings, text, graphics, logos, usernames, branding, software, and other materials (“Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Gogglit or the applicable content owner, you may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, download, record, screenshot, stream-capture, or duplicate any Content;
Distribute, publish, upload, repost, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise make Content available on any other website, platform, social media service, file-sharing service, or messaging application;
Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Content;
Modify, edit, alter, or create derivative works from any Content;
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features designed to protect Content;
Use any automated tools, scraping technology, recording software, or similar methods to extract Content.
Any unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or reproduction of Content is strictly prohibited and may result in:
Immediate account suspension or permanent termination;
Forfeiture of any balances or earnings;
Legal action, including civil claims for damages;
Criminal prosecution where applicable.
10. Suspensions and Terminating Accounts
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gogglit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
